Our core team is located in Riga, Latvia, with branches in Cyprus and the USA. We deliver our solution globally and have experience in virtually all continents. While many of our projects are implemented remotely, we can provide comprehensive local support by leveraging our ecosystem of direct partners and Microsoft partners.

Our solutions are based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform and can be integrated with other systems, e.g. accounting, payroll, human resources, and other financial services packages. For integration purposes, we use Web Services.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

SkyBill is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, which is provided on a subscription basis and located in the Cloud. Just sign up for your SkyBill account to start using the solution. Contact our support team to get help with system set-up or arrange an online system demonstration and training course.

WHAT IS IN SKYBILL.EU?

Our solutions are built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – so together with Utility Billing you will also receive full ERP. We also provide server infrastructure, server licenses, database back-ups and related cyber security measures, etc. There are various ways to deploy our solutions, and you have the comfort of knowing you’re secure with our TIER III data center.

Besides SaaS, we also offer solution customization. Any of our products can be adapted to meet your business requirements.

QUESTIONS

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET THE SYSTEM UP?

It all depends on the project size, data migration, integrations, and customizations - from a couple of hours (for an out-of-the-box solution for a start-up with no integrations) to several months for more complex projects.

WHAT LANGUAGES ARE AVAILABLE?

The list of official languages supported by Microsoft and its partners is available at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/compliance/apptest-countries-and-translations. Some localizations are available directly from local partners.

HOW DOES SKYBILL INTEGRATE WITH OTHER SYSTEMS?

We use APIs to facilitate integration with external systems. APIs are available for each field or data in the system, or we can create an API if it is not available by default.

DO YOU HAVE AN INTEGRATED CIS (CLIENT INFORMATION SYSTEM)?

We have a customer self-service portal that is white-labeled, so clients can add their own logos. Clients can create their own design if they prefer, which we can integrate with information from the back office (invoices, usage, balance, etc.).

CAN YOU INTEGRATE WITH SAP, ORACLE, OR OTHER ERP?

Yes we can, at the General Ledger Level, as well as at the transaction level.

HOW IS DATA MIGRATION DONE?

The most common method is using CSV files. In more complex cases, we can write scripts, should any additional data sorting functionality be needed.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU OPERATE IN?

We offer our solution in all countries where Microsoft 365 Business Central is available, as SkyBill has been developed as an add-on for Dynamics 365 Business Central (which is included in the license costs).

WHERE IS THE SAAS SOLUTION LOCATED BY DEFAULT?

We have set up our environment in a TIER III Data center in EUROPE, but we can alternatively deploy the solution in other data centers, such as Azure or Amazon (provided SkyBill is the sole administrator for those servers).

DO YOU HELP WITH THE SYSTEM SET-UP?

Yes, we do. We can provide a training course for your team, as well as help with the system and rate set-ups and any customizations and support after going into production. Sometimes support is provided by local partners.

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL SIZE OF SKYBILL’S CLIENTS?

Most clients for our utility billing solution have around 20k-50k customers or tenants. However, we also have clients who started with just 1000 customers, and, as system is scalable, SkyBill can be used for projects with up to 1 million customers.
